MAD House Series II

So there various meetings which happen in this MAD house and these are Big Prestigious Meetings.

Every thing in these meetings matter from food, venue, accommodation, bags, books and others. 

This is an incident of one such meetings, which even makes us laugh today. No booze party goes without discussing this incident, this can make us laugh even at the most gloomiest hour.

It happened on a Wednesday morning, when the Big Prestigious Meeting was two days away. The Publication department was asked to display all the books and posters of the organisation. And also to make the best of the event by selling them at 50% discount. To be honest these books are voluminous and full of information (some day I will write about the reality of these books).

The proud sole worker in this department Mr. D went bag searching in this city. He was clear to get a sophisticated bags at the lowest price. After spending one full day on the roads of Delhi, he found the bag and brought them to show it to the BOSS.

Very proud of his discovery and his intelligence to get bags at such cheap rates. He arrived early in the office, half an hour before time, kept his bag on the ground floor, took out his discovery and walked two floors above. After waiting 5 minutes outside Boss's cabin, as mornings are usually busy and everyone is running from one end to the other. After all the lawyers D' ji got his chance to meet the Boss. Proudly he showed the Bag to the Boss and said " Rs 5 per bag" and then smiled, his eyes and ears waiting for a response.

The Boss looked down to a black and white cloth bag kept at his table , he then looked up saw D' ji smiling , he again looked down and by now D' ji  had sensed whats coming. Before he could pick up the bag and leave. The Boss at his best shouted " I have all Donkey's in my office, there is not even one single work which can be done without me. This is what you will give it to the prestigious people coming to the meeting"

D' ji with his heart in his hand and disappointed picked up the bag and came two floors down and started walking towards the road, without realising that some one was following him.

The Boss followed D' ji and came outside the office , D'ji not in his sight he asked the guard " Where is that Donkey" the guard faithfully replied "Which Donkey Sir". Hence proved that the guard thinks all the people working in the MAD House are Donkeys.

It all ended with cloth bags getting printed in two days and by then the BOSS had forgotten and life went on in MAD House with Donkeys.

The MAD House

Have you heard about Chromotherapy, its like colours and sun light. And it is believed that drinking water from a green colour bottle is good for health.

Since ages I saw this green bottle in my Boss's cabin, he always drank water from this green bottle. It might have earlier been a an expensive wine bottle. Nobody touched that bottle only he drank from it. But when he was away on his last trip, the bottle disappeared, no body knows what happened to the bottle. As a result when he returned furious to know his bottle missing he started locking up his cabin, which was earlier open to all as gesture 'my office doors are always open to everyone , rich , poor, Indian, Foreigners'

So one of his juniors got him a green wine bottle. To be noted the wine was drank by office staff on the occasion of Christmas. Seeing a sticker of 'SULA',   it was consider shameful  by the office cleaner. Our cleaner cannot read and write but its common sense that anyone can make out whats written on a bottle! The duty of the office cleaner is to clean the bottle everyday and fill fresh water and place right at the spot in the Boss's cabin where sunlight falls.

So on that day when the new bottle arrived, he tried best cleaning it to remove the SULA sticker and the harder he held it the bottle went flying and broke into tiny pieces. He almost had an heart attack, because he had broken The Boss's Bottle. The poor guy went out in the cold to the Kabari wala and actually purchased an empty  Branded Vodka Bottle for Rs. 4/ . completely unaware of the significance of the green bottle. He bought a branded bottle and showed it to the entire office staff, thinking he will earn the praise of the Boss that he bought him an expensive Branded Vodka Bottle. The cleaner thought that it was Boss's passion to drink water from expensive English Bottles.

And we all laughed to it. Boss had to wait for another weekend when his juniors would go out drinking and  I am happy to report that on Monday morning a green Sula Bottle with Red Cap was kept beside his table right at the spot where sunlight falls.

I never buy red colour note book, because I failed a maths exam when I used a RED colour exam board, my mother says red is a color of STOP
I like reading Blogs and wish to start a series on my Blog
I cook occassionaly
I  enjoy gyming
I like to dress; wear nice clothes, nice shoes, carry nice bags and wear my solitaires and diamonds
I like pedicured, clean , neat feet, i hate dirty cracked feet
I hate guys who wear accessories
I prefer diamonds
I adore people who smell good
I love traveling alone
I can spend the entire Sunday reading newspapers
I prefer traveling by Public Transport, you get to observe so many people

Trying new cuisines
 I love winters but Enjoy Summer Heat of Delhi; so much to do

Friendship Redefined

There are lot of things which life teaches you. Today at 8 in the evening when I am writing this post, a good friend of mine is getting married. Being in the same town I am not at her wedding.

How life changes, 23 years being together, last seven years only discussing with this day, every time I went out with her and her boyfriend.  We discussed list of guests,  wedding functions, songs we will dance and this and that.

Unfortunately now its all over, we have grown up and things have changed. 

I am sure there are lot of people like me who have been betrayed by those who we call friends or Best Friends.

Its just we have grown, matured and now we make friends convenience based. When you are in school, you make friends of your type, because you have grown together and you learn together. When you are in college you accept different people as your friends because you get to learn from them and at work place you have friends who match your intellect. By the time you reach here your friends from school are at different level all together.

Any way this is life a lot of learning. 

Welcome 2012

So here it is 2012, well the year came up with surprises and new definition of life.

Embrace the change as they say, 11 days into this new year I have not been able to pull myself out of rut. The work load has increased or rather I have started loving to spend more time at my work.

All of us look for change in life and we look at special dates to bring about these changes. Like New Year, Birthdays, Anniversaries but do we really follow the changes we promise ourselves?

I made a long list of resolutions for this year, but to be honest I am not even following one. The more I think about them the more reasons I have to run away from them.


Some words to describe how the year has been so far:
 I just lost a friendship 22 years old,
 I just heard from a friend in another continent battling life,
My bags with best of clothes were given to charity
I just lost a house
My initiative , my work ranked as No. 1
I drafted a petition
The case I worked got good orders

Well the year has began on both positive and negative note. I dont know where life will ahead this year.
